Recently I've started working out. I figured since I don't have much to do the first three weeks of break, I should get in shape. I've been complaining about getting into better shape and toning my body and honestly I got tired of talking about it and went ahead and started to do something about it. So here I am, three days into my workout routine and I feel great despite the soreness. I feel so accomplished after I finish a work out. I have been using the Nike Training App (shout to Ariel for putting me on). It is so helpful. It gives me some direction on where to begin so I'm not completely lost. Any who...after working out today, I was inspired to do a fitness gear post. So here are a few things I use and their features I love and things I'm looking forward to trying out! Hope you enjoy! Get fit and commit!

Headwear
Adidas Adizero 2
❊Ventilated Climacool keeps you cool and dry
❊Moisture wick headband
I prefer black because well, duh it goes with everything!

Sports Bras

Champion
❊Great support
❊Fun designs
❊Price
I usually only go for low and medium support because my bust is pretty small, but obviously if you're more busty you should shoot for high support so that you're more comfortable while you work out. And to elaborate on price, some bras can be extremely pricey and these run from $7.99 to $16.99 which is perfect for such great quality.

Shorts & Leggings
Urban Outfitters
(From left to right): Seea Calafia Legging, C&C California Sport Exceed Bike Short,
Purusha People Sea Of Cortez Legging
❊Design
❊Multi-purpose
So I'm gonna give you two options here, when it comes to bottoms. I had to show you what UO had to offer even though it's pricey. Their legging and short options are super-duper CUTE! I don't own a pair yet because for a college student it's an investment, but it's okay to dream right? I'll get a pair or two eventually. They can be suitable for running, dancing, or everyday wear. I honestly am just a sucker for a cute design. Check it out!

Champion

These Champion athletic bottoms are comfortable and perfect for high activity workouts. I love them. They too are multi-purpose...well that is for me. They're perfect for working out of course, but running errands around town as well. I like that they come in several different colors and sizes so everyone can get a pair. Oh and not to mention they are priced just right for me.

Shoes
Nike 4.0 V2
❊Support
❊Flexibility
❊Colors
❊Quality
You can customize your own workout shoes on Nike so they work perfectly for you and I love these because of all the color options.
NEW BALANCE 813V2
❊Quality
❊Cost

❊Support
I have a pair of New Balance and honestly when I first got them I was like 15 and hated them because they weren't Nike, but look how times change. Everybody and their momma wants a pair of New Balances. Even though they're the more casual everyday style, they're still New Balance. Look at me swaggin' before the hype, lol. But no seriously these are extremely comfortable and most definitely will get the job done.

And last but not least, I don't believe in buying workout shirts when you can just get an old t-shirt from one of you drawers. Go ahead and cut it up. You're just going to sweat in it and put it right in the dirty clothes hamper. But if you really want to buy workout shirts, check out the stores and brands mentioned above.
OH...
And if you're not into hats, headbands are a wonderful alternative. You can find athletic ones right in Target.

This concludes my fitness gear rant! I hope this helped. Now go out there and get fit and commit!
