So I thought I would go ahead and share my ideas about some of my favorite outfits from the Met Gala this year. I look forward to seeing what the celebs are going to wear every year. This year like all the others was no exception. Some of my favorite celebs came out and dazzled me all over again.
Let's get started with one of my favorite supermodels, Naomi Campbell. I really loved what she did here. I like the contrast of the smooth, pleated, and simple gown along with the fuzzy, fur-like arm pieces. She also included a beautiful statement bracelet can ring that complimented the outfit perfectly.

Next we have the beautiful and lovely actress, Lupita Nyong'o. She definitely kept the gala theme of decoration in mind when she chose her dress for the night. She is never afraid to take a chance and walk on the wild side. I love it. She always impresses me. It seems as if whatever color she wears compliments her skin perfectly! And I love the 1920s feel it gives off. Yes honey!

Moving on to my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! First of all, can I pleeeeeeeeease have this dress! Everything about it makes me so overjoyed! When I saw her in this gown all I could think was "Oh no! She did not!" The color of this dress is everything and shape and structure gives me so much life. The dress demands your attention. Yes Lui Wen! You go girl! You won in my book.

And now you know I couldn't forget about this shooting star, Janelle Monae. Words cannot even express how amazing she looked on the red carpet. She put the red carpet itself to rest with this matador inspired ensemble. I'd rock that cape in my own daily life, red carpet or not! I loved how she was engaged in the theme by choosing something that incorporated several details from the collar of her shirt all the way to her shoes. She did the Met Gala the right way!

Last, but certainly not least is Karolina Kurkova! So this dress might be moving into my favorite Met Gala dress spot. This is out of this world amazing! Like who does she think she is? She wore this gown effortlessly! I loved that she kept the accessories simple because the dress itself speaks volumes alone. This gives me so much life ! Yes KK!
